Roni-Sue's Chocolates created this collection exclusive for RegionalBest.com, featuring a variety of fabulous flavors each very different and unique. Each truffle is a labor of love, hand-blended with the finest ingredients and hand molded. This 12 piece collection contains two of each truffle, including:
Blueberry - Callebaut bittersweet chocolate ganache with dried blueberries infused with blueberry eau d'vie.
Cherries Jubilee - Callebaut bittersweet chocolate ganache with dried sour and sweet cherries infused with kirsch & cherry liqueur.
Down the Hatch - Down the Hatch is a unique chile creation - fusion of Roni-Sue's signature candy buttercrunch with her passion for all things spicy! She dehydrate roasted and peeled green chile from Hatch, New Mexico and embed the resulting savory flakes in a layer of salty/sweet buttercrunch toffee. This fiery morsel is then dipped in dark Callebaut chocolate and topped with ground cocoa nibs & smoked vanilla sea salt. Not for the timid but a real treat for those who enjoy their sweet with a little heat!
Manhattan - This Callebaut bittersweet chocolate ganache features Knob Creek bourbon, sweet vermouth, bitters and a cherry.
Pecan Pie - Handmade perzipan with chopped, toasted pecans infused with Knob Creek bourbon.
Portly Fig - Callebaut bittersweet chocolate ganache center blended with dried figs infused with Port wine.
